It has slushed for the last 2 days... you know... the day starts off bright and sunny, but windy. Then at noon, all of a sudden, this mass of stuff falls from the sky. It's not rain, it's not ice, it's not snow - it's SLUSH! For about 20 minutes. Slush! Send the warm weather this way will ya? Warm? In DC? Are you kidding?
