As many of you know, Fox News is suing Al Franken over the words “fair and balanced”.
Because Fox exudes those concepts in its news coverage.
And because it’s really cool for a purported news organization to try to take away someone’s freedom of speech.

What we need is some good, old-fashioned trademark diluting.

Luckily, Friday is Fair and Balanced Day.
Please add the words “fair and balanced” to your Web sites, your journals, your blogs, and anything other people see. There are many people participating, and the list is growing.

Let’s all get sued together. It can’t be any more expensive than standing up against Bush’s war fantasies.
